*In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will cover the item price only, excluding shipping fees.
1) EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Defective/Damaged/Faulty item
- Defective item is eligible for an exchange of the same item and size (subject to availability) or an alternative item of equal value should the original item be unavailable.
- A video of the parcel prior to opening is MANDATORY, or else exchange will not be entertained.
- For verified defective items, we shall cover both return and replacement shipping fees.

Kindly Note — Non-Eligible Items/Reasons
For clarity and fairness, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will not be accepted for the following item/reasons:
- Exchange of size
- Pre-order items, sale items, and discounted items
- A change of mind
- Preference in colour
- Preference in material or texture
- No longer wanting the item
- Purchasing for someone else where the fit was unsuitable
- Sizing concerns (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)
2) HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE?
- Before anything else, in the rare event of a defective item, we kindly request that customers record a video of the parcel prior to opening. This is required for exchange eligibility on our website and allow us to verify that the item was damaged before it reached you.
- Item must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact

3) WHEN TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE?
- Request for Exchange are only accepted within 3 days after receiving your order.
- Requests submitted after 3 days from the date of receipt will not be accommodated.
